It was a honor to organize the 5k. I’m overwhelmed by the amount of participants and money raised. I know why it was a success. It’s because of a great man who touched so many of us.

The Rock Out for Mental Health 5k is on Saturday May 7, 2022. It includes the following events: 5k Run/Walk and Virtual Rock 5k.
