We can almost taste it now! Our incredible BBQ Contest returns for it's fifth year, providing a wonderful smell throughout the fairgrounds and your chance to be crowned Champion Wyoming Fair Pitmaster!

A beautiful, photogenic phenomenon! Thankfully, no damage on our grounds as this gorgeous beast touched down early Tuesday evening about a mile North of our wonderful facility in a soybean field as we got to witness Mother Nature's amazing powers. Thanks to Steve, Nancy, Michelle and Andy for the pictures!

WAY TO GO!!! You did it folks, it's official! You set a new Modern Era Attendance record for The Wyoming Fair Association's Annual Fish Fry last night! 447 meals served smokes the 2024 attendance total by about 10 percent!

Back in the 1940's, the Wyoming Commercial Club - one of the predecessors to our present-day organization - was holding a Smelt Fry with attendance in the upper 500's yet so let's just say the 1940's were a different time!

On behalf of the Board of Directors as well as the many volunteers who help make this event possible year upon year, we want to EXPRESS OUR GRATITUDE to you for supporting us in such fine fashion!!! We certainly hope you enjoyed your meal as much as we enjoyed preparing it for you!

See you July 10th, 11th and 12th for the 92nd Annual Wyoming Fair!

Dinner is served! We welcome you inside Memorial Hall this evening for a wonderful dining experience - THE BEST Fish and Chicken meal of the year!

Serving until 7:30, $15 all you care to eat hand breaded Alaskan Pollack and Chicken Tenders, Fries and all the sides.

Carryouts and Deliveries in town are also welcomed at 563.488.3880! Come support our wonderful association and let us do the cooking. It’s a great evening to get out and about now that it’s warmed up.

In just 24 short hours our doors will be open and the best fish and chicken meal of the year will begin to be served! Set-up is all ready underway this afternoon at Memorial Hall in Wyoming.

Do you know we have created our own special recipe Tarter Sauce and Baked Beans which is only served during our Annual Fish Fry? These unique sides have been shepherded, critiqued and perfected over decades and handed down from generation to generation for your enjoyment.

That's in addition, of course, to our fine coleslaw and potato salad sides, along with everyone's traditional favorite - the fries! Have we mentioned those famous fries are fried in, as are our fish and chicken, heart healthy 100% low-linoleic soybean oil sponsored by Rick Brunscheen DeKalb/Asgrow Seeds.
