A race of love....pretty much
This race was born out of our love for lots of things. First bicycles. Bicycles keep us happy and allow us to have a career. Second racing bicycles. Racing bicycles is fun and it is super fun when you can also do it in front of a lot of people who may or may not be having adult libations, on the beach. Which brings us to our love of the beach. We love the beach so much we work tirelessly through the year to plan the event and stay awake at nights thinking of ways to ride a fatbike on the beach. We love our host Resort, Blockade Runner. Without them we would not have an awesome location. So, come out and race your bike on the beach, show some love for yourself and train to win, or at least ride the whole time :) And remember BYOB (bring your own bike) because the other B is being supported this year by Crank Arm Brewery and Waterman’s Brewery here in Wilmington!!
