AAPIEC Inc, in collaboration with Middlesex Community College (MCC) will be holding the 2024 AAPI/AANHPI Heritage Festival and Exhibit May 9-10, 2024. Free admission, Free Parking. See info below and our flyers.

We pleased to announce a jam packed schedule of speakers and performers: The names in bold are new performers being announced.

1) AAPIEC Inc, in collaboration with Middlesex Community College (MCC) will be holding the 2024 AAPI/AANHPI Heritage Festival and Exhibition May 9-10, 2024. MCC has generously offered to host the Festival and AAPIEC Inc. is displaying the "Contributions AAPIs Have Made to American History" exhibit. Free admission, Free Parking. We are happy to announce that the keynote speaker is Paul Watanabe, Director and Professor in the Department of Political Science at UMass Boston.

One of our performers Entain Lee will be playing the Chinese Zither.

We are very excited to announce that we have a special guest performing at our festival, musician Kevin So. Kevin, a native of Massachusetts is a multi-instrumentalist (keyboards, guitar, harmonica, mandolin) who was part of Keb' Mo', a 5-time Grammy Award Winner band for 15 years.

As a song writer, his songs have been recorded by India Arie (“Crush On You”), Keb' Mo' ("Talk”), Ana Popovic (“Slow Dance”), Ronnie Baker Brooks (“Wham Bam Thank You Sam”) and Shemekia Copeland ("Sounds Like The Devil”).

Kevin So has performed both nationally and international at venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Hollywood Bowl, Wiltern Theatre, and The Ryman in Nashville and has built loyal fans around the world.

In 2007, Kevin received the prestigious NYC International Fringe Festival Award (Best Music & Lyrics) for his song “Great Wall”, a musical that was produced by the Village Theatre at the First Stage Theatre in Issaquah, WA and at Second Stage Theatre in Everett, WA to a sold out audiences in August 2015.
