Want to homeschool but unsure where to start? Shepard has the answers.
Shepard Lilley of The Greenhouse has been microhomesteading since 2011, raising as much food and life as possible on as little as a quarter-acre lot. She's also the organizer of Back To Eden homesteading event in Winterville, NC.
Shepard is a homeschool mom of four (ages 11–16) and an avid gardener, forager, cook, amateur herbalist, musician, and teacher. Her passion is helping families see that a homesteading lifestyle is possible almost anywhere with creativity, planning, and a willingness to learn.
