Think Pink Breast Cancer Ride The "Think Pink" Breast Cancer Ride is to raise funds for research and care. Over $60k donated. 3 supported rides: 10, 30, 65 miles.

An awesome event t-shirt, prizes, and lunch. Start times are Staggered, 65 @ 8:00-8:30, 30 @ 8:30-9, 10 @ 9:30am This ride was founded in honor of Jeanette Jones, the mother of Dennis Jones (ride coordinator), who passed away from breast cancer. We wanted to do our part in helping the community and began this ride in 2011. 100% of the proceeds go to Moffitt Cancer Center. Moffitt Cancer Center is

the only NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center based in Florida. With its singular focus on cancer, Moffitt has worked tirelessly in the areas of patient care, research and education since opening in Tampa in 1986. Moffitt’s research focuses on cutting-edge discoveries that can be rapidly translated into improved diagnostic, preventive and therapeutic advances.

We would like to thank everyone for supporting our 12th Think Pink Ride. We had some great sponsors this year as well as volunteers and staff that made it all possible.

We will continue our fund raising effort throughout the month of October and will let you know our final donation in November.
