WE ARE BACK IN 2020!!! As 2019 comes to a close we wanted to THANK YOU for being a part of the WSYogaFest this year! When we put this plan into action we held a hope and a deep prayer that it would be accepted and successful. Because of YOU we were able to offer 3 scholarships for K10Yoga Teacher Training for 2019 and provide support to Teal Drops and Lead Girls, both local organizations doing amazing things! Not to mention, we had a pretty rad party to connect us all in the heart of downtown Winston Salem! We made some magic and we cannot wait to bring it back in 2020! Stay tuned as we get organized for the 2nd Annual WSYogaFest! Our festival is a part of K10Yoga Outreach programs and we are so excited for our CoOp studio to make the nominations for yoga studio along with our yoga teacher training program as a part of Continuing Education in Winston Salem! Give us a vote if you believe in our mission of creating conditions for everyone to have access to the benefits of yoga and wellness!

Love seeing swag all over the world. Thanks for your passion, your love and support!
・・・I was once told I could never be loved because I am a traveler. That my lifestyle is too unstable to have someone love me back. ⁣

Isn’t that a crazy story? 📝⁣
That because I’m a traveler I’m unlovable? ⁣
⁣
I find it SO interesting to watch the words people speak to others simply because they don’t know the road another has walked or maybe they’re afraid of walking that road.🤷🏼‍♀️⁣
⁣
And that’s what this life is. ⁣
A road.⁣ ⁣
The road I have walked though has been an abundance of love! ❤️⁣
Even when I least expected it to BE!⁣
⁣
Every adventure has led me to people I have loved with my whole heart. They led me to life changing experiences and moments and most importantly the opportunity to love with everything in me and to share THAT LOVE with the world.🌍 ⁣

I could write a ten mile long list of every person I have loved and those who are still around loving me back.💞⁣
⁣
So why do we reflect our stories onto others? Why do we tell people they can’t be loved? ⁣
Do we ever think the bu****it stories and our LOUD voices could subconsciously become another’s bu****it story simply because we keep telling them THAT story? ⁣
⁣
You know what my answer is?⁣
Close the book. ⁣
Stop telling and listening to the untrue stories. They aren’t real. ⁣
⁣
Be love. Share love. Do love. Make love. Self LOVE fiercely! ⁣💙💜💚

Start telling that story because love is the real one and love stories always always always win.❤️❤️❤️⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
