Crafthalf Half Marathon, 5K & Community Block Party The Triad’s premier spring distance race and craft beer community block party! Half Marathon, 5K, 1 Mile & Kids Dash The block party is free to attend.

CraftHalf Half Marathon & 5k, powered by OrthoCarolina, is the premiere endurance and social event in Winston Salem. The event is hosted on Fourth Street, Downtown Winston-Salem. The day includes a half marathon, 5k, kids dash and community block party. Persons of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in the run and the fun. The events feature Foothills Brewery and other awesome Craft

brew partners. Join us to run and celebrate all that is our community. Run/Walk requires registration. Proceeds support the Yadkin River Keeper and other regional charitable organizations.

We are thrilled to share that medal distribution is officially underway! Trust us—we feel it too… it’s been a journey getting here. Thank you for sticking with us and showing so much grace. While the delay was out of our control, celebrating YOU and your accomplishment has been at the center of everything we’ve done. 🏅💛

📦 If you didn’t make it to one of our three pop-up pick-ups, your well-earned medal is on its way! Bulk shipping is happening now for the ~1,000 of you we missed in person.
