🎉 It’s race day, kids! 🎉

Trinona KidWinona Family YMCAorning at the Winona Family YMCA, with the first wave hitting the pool at 9:15 AM!

After the swim, participants will take on the bike and run courses along the East Lake bike path before celebrating at the post race party in Unity Park.

Come out, cheer loud, and help these amazing young athletes feel like champions as they swim, bike, run, and cross that finish line! 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️🎊

Trinona weekend weather update! Novak Weather put together a forecast for Winona, and things are looking breezy but very manageable for race weekend.

Saturday looks seasonably mild with scattered showers possible in the morning and temps around 62° to 78°. Sunday looks seasonably cool and breezy with temps around 54° to 73° and a north wind at 10 to 20+ mph.

Trinona athletes will have a little extra hydration help on race day!

Every athlete will receive an amazing CamelBak water bottle this year. A big thank you to Adventure Cycle and Ski for helping bring these bottles to our athletes!

They will also be providing pre-race bike help near transition on race morning. Brad will be there from the shop, so be sure to stop by if your bike needs a quick check before you roll out.

Thanks again for helping keep our athletes hydrated and race-ready!

This event is truly for everyone. First timer. Seasoned triathlete. Tri curious person who just wants to try all three. You do not need to be a YMCA member to participate, and all abilities are welcome.
