4 years ago, Garey and I took a leap of faith and moved across the country to open an event venue we dreamed would become a place for celebration, connection and memories. Today, The Vintage Vault is all of that and more. We are incredibly proud of what it has become. We are deeply grateful to the people of Winnsboro, Franklin Parish, as well as those beyond parish lines who supported us, trusted us with their most meaningful moments and helped us make this venue such a success. Weddings, reunions, birthdays, proms, dinners, balls and countless celebrations have filled these walls with life and love, and we will always treasure that. Over the past 4 years, we have also faced ongoing medical challenges that have ultimately required us to move back to Oregon. While this decision was extremely difficult, we are no longer physically able to meet the needs of our clients and properly maintain the venue. After much prayer and reflection, we knew it was time to pass The Vintage Vault into capable and caring hands. We are truly happy to share that Brigette Vandevere is in the process of purchasing The Vintage Vault and is scheduled to take over in late March. Brigette is a long time Winnsboro resident, local business owner, registered nurse and proud mom whose values, faith, family and community service align beautifully with the heart of this venue. Many of you may already know her through Fox's Pizza Den, Winnsboro 4:13 Nutrition or Vandevere Enterprises, LLC. Brigette plans to continue operating The Vintage Vault as the beautiful versatile event space it is, while expanding opportunities for the community to gather, celebrate and enjoy memorable events, right here in downtown Winsborough. We are confident she will carry this space forward with professionalism, care and respect for the foundation that has been built. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Thank you for the friendships, the support and the memories. We will honestly miss you all more than words can say and we are forever grateful to have been a part of this amazing community.
