🌸 Discover the Art of Ukiyo-e! 🎨

Join us on April 8th from 7-8 PM in the meeting room at the Winfield Public Library for a fascinating program featuring Diana Martinez from the Cleve Carney Museum of Art at the College of DuPage!

Diana will introduce us to the Japanese art form Ukiyo-e, or "floating world images," a breathtaking style from Japan’s Edo Period (1603-1868) that captures a world of grandeur, class, wit, style, and pleasure.

This program is a perfect way to prepare for the upcoming museum exhibit opening in June! Don't miss the chance to explore the beauty and history of Ukiyo-e!

Don’t forget to roll up your sleeves and help save lives! 🩸❤️ The Winfield Library's upcoming Blood Drive is in a few days! Every donation makes a difference. Spread the word, bring a friend, and let’s make an impact together! 💪

The Library hosts a community blood drive with Versiti Blood Systems. The blood drive will be held on Tuesday, February 25 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. Please eat a nourishing meal and drink plenty of water before donating. Anyone who weighs at least 110 pounds and has not given blood in the past 56 days is eligible. Donors must be 17, or an adult, or 16 with parental consent.
