Earthweavers 2022 and Camping:
Please see event.
Dear friends of Earthweavers, it is with great regret that we must announce that this year's festival is canceled due to multiple reasons we just could not work around.
That does need to stop us from camping on that same weekend, though! There will be no festival, that means:
No main stage
No main fire circle
No food trucks
No extra toilets
No venders row
HOWEVER, who is going to stop a belly dancer from dancing? An acoustic musician from playing? Or a creative person from displaying items available to buy on a table at their camp site?
Do not forget that there is an on-site bathhouse filled with showers, sinks, and flushing toilets. The office also sells firewood bundles and ice bags.
To camp, you will need to contact Isle of Wight Family Campground, and request "Primitive Camping" (specifically along the back road or by the lake). Safe travels. Remember, we must still respect the other campers, since we are unable to reserve the usual section.

Due to the continued spread of COVID-19, and in an effort to protect the health and safety of our community, we have reluctantly decided to cancel this years festival. We plan to try again next year and hope everyone will join us then.

We are very excited about our plans for Earthweavers 2021!

After such a terrible year of cancellations, divisiveness, and distancing, we have the perfect theme for our festival. Our purpose will be to counteract the damage done to our families, friends, and society during the pandemic.

This year we will work together to raise energy to put into the 'Healing of the Web’!🕸🕸🕸

We had an Earthweavers proposal in Owl Hill Kindred!
On Saturn's Nyte at camp Terra Coven,
Peter Klug bent the knee
for Emily Smart,
presented her with a sheathed hand-made collector's item sword that was made in Maryland by a respected swordsmith,
and he asked if she would marry him.
The answer was a teary-eyed "Yes!" followed by an embrace that was felt by everyone within 200 feet.
Congratulations, you two!
Hazzah!!

(So that it doesn't take away from the beautiful moment, the giggles you hear from the cameraman are really him attempting to muffle his sobs.)
