Lexington Loud 2023

Due to the lack of sponsorship and financial support, Lexington Loud has been postponed until further notice. We really wanted to bring a truly "All Inclusive" festival to Kentucky but apparently, we as Kentuckians are not ready for such an event.

We would like to thank all of the artists and vendors who committed to the event. You will not be forgotten when this festival finally comes to life. A special thanks to Black Roots Farm for offering their space for FREE. A true testament of the togetherness we hoped to inspire with Lexington Loud. Another special thanks to BrownOwl Productions for partnering with us. As the elders say, it gets greater later. Our time is coming.

After all of the companies, banks and organizations who received sponsorship requests (over 100) were unresponsive, and our own personal funds could not cover the costs, we were left with no other option than to postpone the event. Thanks again to those who did support the idea. Until next time, peace.

Due to some artists pulling out of the festival, we're holding off on adding names to the website until we know signed up tryna get a quick payout versus who signed up cuz they love music and Kentucky and want to see us all grow.

IN REGARDS TO COMPENSATION:
We do not have the ability to pay 50 artists to perform. Lexbrand Development is an independent media company and we partnered with a non-profit organization in BrownOwl Productions. Our goal is to have 100% of our cost covered by sponsorships and in-kind donations. Currently, this event is set to be free to the public. We are actively avoiding it, however we may have to charge to cover our expenses on such a large event if the sponsorships and donations don't cover everything. We are asking artists to donate their time and talent for a day to celebrate the diversity of Kentucky. You can set up a merch table on both days for free. Long story short, we aren't making any money.

If the lack of compensation changes your involvement please let us know as soon as possible so that we may find a replacement for your act. We understand.
