A wonderful evening at the Sangamon County Fair and another reminder of how quickly this year is passing by.

We’re so grateful for the friendships this journey has brought, especially our friendship with Queen Paige. She has represented Sangamon County with grace, kindness, and heart, and it was special to celebrate the end of her incredible reign.

We were also honored to spend time with our beautiful Miss Illinois County Fair Queen, Krista Phillips. She represents our state with such elegance, poise, and genuine kindness, and she is a shining example of what it means to wear the crown with grace. Her warm spirit makes her a joy to be around, and it was wonderful to share part of the evening with her.

The crowns may only last a year, but the friendships and memories made along the way last forever. 🫶🏼👑

We are mourning the loss of a dear sister queen whose courage, grace, and strength inspired so many.

Though her battle with cancer has ended, her legacy of kindness and faith will live on in our hearts forever.

‘I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.’ — 2 Timothy 4:7.

Rest in peace, sweet Ava 🧡👑

Queen friendships made to last a lifetime 🧡👑

Can I be in the pageant (and possibly win) and still thrive in school and have a job? YES. 🙌🏻

We have had queens in high school, out of state at college, in state at college, have 1 job, many jobs... and they were all GREAT QUEENS.

Your education is ALWAYS priority. We schedule events around YOU. The best part about being queen, it's your year and you get to decide what you do with it! If you're on the fence about competing this year, reach out! I would love to answer any questions!

What an inspiring day at the Orange Ribbon Livestock Classic!

Queen Kylie spent the day announcing, while Miss Maura and Princess Carly had the honor of presenting banners to exhibitors.

It was amazing to see the hard work, dedication, and passion these young people put into this.

Most of all, it was wonderful to see everyone come together in support of a cause that is so close to many hearts. 💜🧡

Time.
It’s free, but it’s priceless. You think you have an infinite amount of it. It can be a thief, but it’s also a gift. You waste it. It moves too fast or it can feel like it’s not moving at all. In the end, all you do is wish that you just had more of it.

Yesterday’s procedure failed to give us the results we had hoped for.
We have decided to go home. To spend our time together as a family, and help comfort and ease Ava from this earthly life into the next one. Where she will be surrounded by family and everyone who loves and adores her.
We invite everyone to visit once we get home to celebrate her and her courageous fight.
We love you AvaStrong!
