The Wimberley Memorial Day Rodeo is back May 23 & 24, 2026 ,supporting Wimberley 4H and continuing a small town tradition that means a whole lot to this community. ❤️

There’s just something about a small town gathering over breakfast ❤️

⏰Add this to your calendar...We’re kicking off Memorial Day weekend with the 2nd Annual Cowboy Breakfast on MAY 22, and y’all are invited. This is one of those simple, good mornings with some coffee, hot breakfast, live music, kids running around, neighbors catching up.

Thank you to Sonora Bank for putting it on again this year!!!

Breakfast is on them, and the morning also benefits Wimberley 4H.

Wimberley 4-H students are selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a 140-quart cooler packed full of locally raised beef, chicken, and pork--raised by our very own 4-H members.

Every single dollar goes straight back to these kids, helping fund their projects, livestock, and future opportunities.

The 14th Annual Gunner Thames Memorial Rodeo is happening August 30th & 31st at the Wimberley VFW

🐑 Mutton Bustin’ (55 lb limit)
🤠 Goat Roping (chance to win buckles each night)
🐮 Calf Scramble (ages 8–18, win vouchers toward show animals)

🎟 Admission: Adults $15, Kids (12 & under)- $5
