This is the last call for this year's Applecross swag. The merch store is open for one more week before we process the orders and ship em off in time for the holidays. After this run, these 2024 designs will be retired for good, so if you were kicking yourself for missing out before, this is your chance.

As we slowly come out of our post-event hibernation and begin discussing plans for the coming year, we've heard a lot from people about how they wished they had gotten a piece of merch from this year. As a collective, we're generally inclined to give the people what they want, so we've decided to do a limited run of the most popular pieces from this year.

The sale will be open until the 24th of this month, so you have 2 weeks to order if you'd like something to commemorate this inaugural year. Once the orders close, they will be sent off to our printer with plenty of time to ship and reach everybody before the holidays.

After this run, these pieces will be retired for good, so this is your final chance to get a piece of Applecross merch from our first year.

Just a couple of friendly reminders....

Please drive no more than 15mph on Mitchell Mill Rd. This road has blind curves and is local access only.

It's fire season, so no open fires / charcoal or wood grills. Propane stoves are ok.

Applecross is a gathering of people who don't expect someone to clean up after them. We're all adults here so please respect Blue Mountain Event Center and take everything you brought home with you.

Leave the furry friends at home. We love them too...Blue Mountain isn't the place for them.

Due to the very mild weather and high cost of bringing in ice for sale, ice will not be sold on site, so please plan accordingly.

If you would like to spin in the open fire circle, you will need to take one of the daily safety meetings hosted by at 4 pm each day. Spinning outside of the designated circle is not permitted.

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with this FAQ, and be sure to reach out if you have any questions. 

First, we just want to encourage everyone to go download where you can find digital copies of both the schedule and the map. Now, on to the nitty gritty…

Gate will be open for the hours listed above, and we ask that you drive very slowly on Mitchell Mill road - 15mph max. This road has many blind curves on it and is only for local access. Speeding excessively on this road will result in no admittance to the festival as this is a major safety hazard.

Speaking of safety hazards… This is fire season. As such, absolutely no open fires are permitted in campsites. This includes coal and wood fire grills. Propane grills are OK. Fire spinning is allowed ONLY in the designated fire circle after completing the safety class hosted by . Breaking fire rules will result in your removal from the festival grounds. 

Let’s talk garbage. This is a pack in pack out event. Be sure to leave enough space in your vehicle to carry out all of your garbage with you. One of our biggest issues with festival culture these days is seeing the mountains of garbage that people leave behind with the expectation that others will clean up after them. We believe in our community’s ability to change this, one event at a time. Take it with you when you go. We’re all adults here. 

Lastly, Applecross is a pet-free zone, so please leave your furry friends at home. Too many animals have been neglected or allowed to roam free at events on site here at Blue Mountain this year. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a no-pet policy across the board. We appreciate your understanding.

We know this sounds like a lot of rules and no fun,but  we are SO EXCITED TO PARTY WITH YOU THIS WEEK and just wanna get the nitty gritty out of the way so we can all have fun together! We are so grateful for the community that has formed around this little event and can’t wait to share it.

Fire spinners, jugglers, dancers, aerialists, burlesque,…these movers and shakers have left our jaws on the floor time and again. How lucky are we to have such an awe-inspiring group of humans (are they even human??) joining us for Applecross this week?!?! And don’t forget, a number of these performers will be hosting workshops of various shapes and sizes too!

We would like to take a moment to give a very large heartfelt thank you to some of the fine folks who have made donations to our event. will be on site handing out their delicious sparkling beverages for all of our patrons. has donated their electrolyte powder, and has donated their vitamin powder and beverages to keep the whole team topped up and healthy all weekend! has donated their delicious spirits for some of the fun parties we have planned over the course of the weekend. And a big thanks to for not only a financial donation to help us get us over our hump, but for being an integral part of our team, leading our main stage build, and being truly upstanding humans who have been down for the cause from the get go.

This has been an especially hard year for music festivals. Many have gone under. Others have simply postponed indefinitely. Lucidity Festival is a special event that we know to be particularly near and dear to the hearts of many in this community. Similar to Applecross, Lucidity is a grassroots event funded by a small number of people coming together to create a platform for art. It has been a beacon of inspiration and creativity for many years now, while taking good care of its artist, and it's hard to see such a well-loved event go down the way it did.

As an event that almost canceled before we even got started, we know this struggle, and we want to do what we can to give back to the community that held us when we asked for help. We are offering 50% off our ticket price for all Lucidity ticket holders who were affected by this struggle. Send an email to [email protected] with your ticket to Lucidity and proof of purchase, and we will share your unique promo code with you.

We hope Lucidity finds the angel investor they deserve.
