The season is changing and we’re changing too! The Hoge Wood House Bed & Breakfast has been in business for 32 years and the house itself is 134 years old. Our daughters, Leilani Tootoo Balaban and Katherine Tootoo Makepeace, are helping us transform. Lots of little changes at the Hoge Wood House B&B, but still lovingly run by the same owners since 1993. That’s right, Page & Larry Tootoo have shared their home, their “insider knowledge” of Wilmington and their famous breakfasts for 32 years. We’d love for you to come back or come for the first time. Downtown Wilmington is always beautiful, but spring is special. We hope to see you soon!

Dog days of summer here in historic downtown Wilmington, but it’s cool inside & at the beach. In case you didn’t know this fun fact: the Hoge Wood House has been lovingly run by the same owners longer than ANY other B&B in town! Larry & Page welcomed the first guests in January, 1994!
