Prior to ReverbNation, Plaia worked 16 years at Atlantic Records of which the last 4 years were with Atlantic imprint Lava Records as the Head of Marketing & Artist Development, where he worked Kid Rock, O.A.R., Simple Plan, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Matchbox 20, Unwritten Law and many others.
