Last years Golf Scramble. What a great time with great people. It's always the best day ever when we have this annual event in remembrance of John. While raising funds for a scholarship that will be used by a local senior, we get to have a blast. John is with us on this day in so many ways. From stories being shared to just the presence of all those who loved him, and even those who may have not even met him, in one place doing something so amazing for someone else. Had not John lost his life at 17years old in an automobile accident, he would have went on to college. He was such an intelligent, fun, carting and funny guy. I know John wouldn't want us to live out his legacy any other way than to help others go to college. To date John R. Crothers, Jr.'s legacy has aided 48 students in scholarships.
