Thank You! Thank You! Thank you! to all who came out today for the 7th Annual Rob Kalesse Memorial Classic! We had a beautiful day and a hell if a good time remembering Rob Kalesse for his 50th Birthday.

I am excited to announce that this years event has raise almost $40,000 for the American Lung Association in Delaware. We are a just a few hundred away (so please continue to donate).

🎉 $50 for Rob’s 50th

On August 27, Rob would have celebrated his 50th birthday.

Anyone who knew Rob knows he would have found a way to make everyone laugh, probably wearing a ridiculous birthday hat, enjoying a round of golf, and making sure everyone around him was having a great time.

Instead, we celebrate his life by continuing the work that became so important to our family.

Rob was a healthy, active, lifelong non-smoker when he was diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic lung cancer. After an incredibly courageous fight, he passed away in January 2020. Since then, the Rob Kalesse Memorial Classic has raised more than $150,000 to support the mission of the American Lung Association—funding research, advocacy, and programs that give hope to families facing lung disease.

This year, we’re asking our family, friends, golfers, and supporters to help us honor what would have been Rob’s 50th birthday.

Exciting news for the Rob Kalesse Memorial Classic! The American Lung Association shared that our event has raised OVER $175,000 for Lung Cancer Research and patient support over the last 6 years!!!

I would love to see year 7 bring this event over the $200,000 mark! If you are golfing with us you are already helping us get there! If you can’t/don’t golf, support our efforts by donating- $50.00 for Rob 50th Birthday this year!
