Swimming in curry yesterday! Its the best kind of day when you get to share something you love with 50+ people. Taste testing in the afternoon was definitely a highlight....this dose of spice helped kick our day into high gear~

When you live in a community that allows affordable access to an amazing commercial kitchen all sorts of magic happens. Loving cooking at the Willits Grange & hope this vegetarian thali warmed your bellies last night!

Next Wednesday we'll be serving one of my favs, a Curry n' Rice bowl.

Growing up when my mom would tell us she was planning to make chicken and mushroom curry, my brother, sister and I would spend the whole week salivating with anticipation for that dinner. It was an event. Once I left for college it was the first Indian dish I fully learned to make for myself because I missed it desperately and realized no one made curry like my mom. Looking forward to sharing it with you next week!

Tonight we served our first Gujju Grub dinner! Had a blast buzzing around the kitchen cooking and putting together orders. Loved getting to see so many familiar faces and meet new folks too.
