The Choral Department is heartbroken by the loss of Joseph Lemon.

Although Joseph had spent most of his high school years as a dedicated member and leader of the band, this year he decided to take a chance on something new and join Chamber Singers for his senior year. Joseph quickly made an impact as a powerful new voice in our ensemble. In the short time we had with him, it was clear that he intended to make the most of his senior year: auditioning for the musical and High Harmony and fully embracing everything our program had to offer.

We are so grateful that Joseph chose to make music with us, and his absence will be deeply felt in our classroom and on stage. Our hearts are with Joseph’s family, friends, classmates, and the entire Blue Band family who loved him so dearly. 💙
