Venue owners might consider Assumption Of Risk , Hold Harmless and Indemnity agreements.
Questions I would have for the lawyer would be :
Should each guest have to sign one as a condition for entry?
Should “hosts” sign a separate agreement ?
Do these agreements relieve me of my responsibility to adhere to laws, orders and standards relating to reducing spread of virus?
Do these agreements relieve the venue of liability for irresponsible conduct of guests once they are admitted to the venue ? Ie non compliance with wearing of masks , social distancing etc
