Community support..
Harassment..
Our babies from toddlers to teenagers..
Sleepless nights..

Scaffolding is down..
Majority of the shutters are refreshed and reinstalled..
Tongue and groove porch floor sanded and freshly painted..
Accent colors will soon be checked off the list..

A beautiful before picture followed by a low quality after picture..
The bright sun didn’t give the best lighting but we were just too excited not to share a quick glimpse..

It’s so easy to daydream about bloomed hydrangeas lining the house and all the unfinished projects yet to come..

But alas, we reel ourselves back in to the moment and appreciate all that it’s taken to get here, right now..

The exterior is turning into everything we could’ve ever imagined..

It’s been chipped paint..
Broken windows..
Missing railing..
No kitchen or bathroom..
The list goes on..
Since acquiring the property 11+ years ago..

To finally see a restoration of this house fall into place has been nothing short of a prayer and a mere dream..

Thank you to all that have cheered us on so far and continue to follow along..

And to whoever it is that would love to see our project, business and livelihood fail for reasons we are utterly unaware of.. We’ll pray for a softening of your heart 🫶
