Woodland Wolf Run The Woodland Wolf Run is a 5K and one-mile race through Wichita's historic Riverside neighborhood.

It is hosted by Woodland Health and Wellness Elementary Magnet School.

Unfortunately, due to too few registrants at this point, we regrettably have chosen to cancel this year's Woodland Wolf Run. We sincerely appreciate everyone who showed interest and signed up. Your registration, as well as the fees, have been refunded.

We hope to be able to attempt this again next spring, so stay tuned!

We're excited to announce the revival of our successful community fitness event, the Wolf Run. This 3.2-mile course and one mile fun-run will take runners through Minisa Park, along the bank of the Little Arkansas River, under the historic Minisa Bridge, and into beautiful Oak Park.

The inaugural Wolf Run was held in 2019 in conjunction with the celebration of Woodland Health and Wellness Magnet Elementary’s 100th year of educating the children of our neighborhood. Though it was planned to be an annual event, it was sidelined by the pandemic and the many challenges that it presented to education in its aftermath.

We can’t wait to once again celebrate health and wellness with our community and our students on November 2nd!
