Did you know that The Grandeur offers a special two event bundle for couples planning a wedding? You will have access to our wedding set up rental (The Regal), which is our most luxurious offering. In addition, you can add on a 4 hour event ( shower, rehearsal dinner, engagement party, etc) at the bundle rate!

The Regal
Full ceremony and reception set up, tables and chairs to accommodate 125 persons, staff break down and cleanup, AV (projector, sound system, WIFI, we**am, microphones)
Banquet room set up ( electric food warmers, drink dispensers) and kitchenette access
8 hour rental

COMPLIMENTARY with rental: Scheduled consultations, linens package (tablecloths, runners, chairbows and cloth napkins/rings in your selected colors), customized centerpieces, elevated decorated alter and photo area, decorated gift table, premium dinnerware package (gold or silver lined with dinnerware plates, dessert plates, cups and flatware), and ch*****ne flutes for each guest.

4 hour add on event also includes complimentary amenities!

12 total hours for your enjoyment at a rate with amenities that you won't find offered anywhere else!

Sound advice from a well established and well respected vendor! ❤️

😬 This is why it is extremely important that your caterer is LICENSED and INSURED…

❌❌❌ It separates established caterers from “someone who just cooks” ❌❌❌

Especially for a wedding or corporate event, because the caterer is handling food for a large number of people—and you want to know that both the food operation and the business itself are legitimate and protected. If a caterer gets defensive or hesitant when you ask to provide these, it can be a red flag. 🚩

1. A food/business license shows they are operating legally and been inspected regularly. This usually guarantees a higher rate of food-safety for all your guests and better experience. 🥰🥰🥰

2. Liability insurance protects the client and venue. This is a BIG ONE! If something goes wrong at the event—someone gets injured, property is damaged, the caterer’s liability insurance can provide protection, otherwise YOU could be or the venue could also get pulled into a legal dispute. 💰💰💰

3. Venues often REQUIRE it
Many wedding venues and corporate facilities won’t allow an outside caterer to work there without a Certificate of Insurance (COI). 🪪🪪🪪

4. This is particularly important for weddings. It separates established caterers from “someone who cooks” ❌❌❌ beautiful photos or lots of social-media posts, doesn’t necessarily mean they’re licensed or operating as a properly insured food-service business and could result on your guests getting sick. 🤮

I’d evaluate a caterer on four things:

✅ Legally permitted → Are they authorized to operate?
✅ Properly insured → Are they financially protected against liability?
✅ Proven track record → Reviews, references, years/events served.
✅ Professional operation → Contract, staffing, food safety, communication, setup/cleanup, etc.
