Experience Estrellas y Sinfónicas, a unique collaboration between Con Potencia, the Wichita Falls Symphony Orchestra, and Zavala International Dance. This event brings together the musical excellence of the WFSO Jazz Ensemble with the cultural vibrancy of Zavala’s traditional dance performance. Coupling this with the exciting vision from Con Potencia, this event is more than a concert—it's a celebration of Hispanic heritage, community, and the powerful connection between music and dance.
The WFSO Jazz Ensemble will perform a diverse range of styles, including iconic rhythms of Los Ángeles Azules, tributes to Selena, alongside Mariachi and Latin Jazz music. Adding to the experience, the Zavala International Dance will showcase stunning choreography that highlights the rich traditions of Mariachi music.
This evening is the result of a shared vision between Con Potencia, the WFSO, and Zavala to honor and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, bringing an appreciation of Hispanic culture to the forefront through an unforgettable fusion of sound and expression.
