Abel Teffra of out-kicks ’s Nathan Green to run to a men’s mile title at NCAA Indoor Championships in a 3:53.60 meet record.

What a weekend for the world of running! American athletes Yared Nuguse and Grant Fisher shattered world indoor track records at the Millrose Games in New York. Nuguse set a new mile record with a time of 3:46.63, while Fisher broke the 3000m record, finishing in 7:22.91.

Meanwhile, last year's Loudoun Street Mile winner, Abel Teffra (Georgetown Universty), continues his impressive indoor season. This past weekend, he achieved a personal best in the mile, clocking in at 3:52.44 at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational in Boston.

Congratulations to all these incredible athletes! 🎉🏆
