Unfortunately, the Nichole René Northern Nationals will not be taking place in 2025. Before rumors start flying, please take the time to read and hear directly from us.

The Whittemore Speedway has a different vision that we believe will hinder the success of our event. To continue to increase car count, we believe the track should be INEX sanctioned, or at the very least run the INEX rules. The Whittemore Speedway would like to switch the racing tire from Hoosiers to Cobras. With the majority of the racers being out of state, we do not feel right asking them to buy a tire that they will only use at our event and nonetheless is not within the INEX rules.

We are very saddened that we could not come to an agreement before now. We would like to thank each and every single one of you for your support over the past 4 years. Whether you are a sponsor, fan, racer... without you, none of this would have been possible. In just a short 4 years, we were able to raise $4,000 in gas gift cards for patients at Tawas Ascension St Joseph Oncology AND $24,685.50 for (6) local breast cancer families. We will miss everyone and hope to have this resolved in the future.
