To promote West Virginia’s unique and growing industry of craft and microbreweries

To educate the public on the quality of these beer products produced within West Virginia by providing a means to sample product from and to interact with associates and brew masters from these breweri

es. To provide the best in Entertainment, Food, and Merchandise from West Virginia’s Northern Panhandle all within a relaxed atmosphere. To encourage community, tourism, and growth within the city of Wheeling by:
- Working with local officials and businesses to provide a sustainable event
- By donating festival proceeds to local charities

This year, every ticket, every pour, and every cheers at Mountaineer Brewfest helps support an organization that’s been investing in local kids, families, and our community for generations.

For more than 100 years, the Wheeling YMCA has been a place where children grow, families connect, and people of all ages find support, opportunity, and belonging. From youth programs and childcare to wellness initiatives and community outreach, their impact reaches far beyond the walls of the YMCA.

That’s exactly what Mountaineer Brewfest is about too:
