Band & Bottle is a new way for amateur musicians to play together on a given evening in an orchestral concert band. It gives a person who hasn’t picked up their instrument in many years to get back into a band chair!
Meet & Greet (bar will be open) 7:00 - 8:00 PM
Band & Bottle will start with a meet and greet “prelude” and cash bar, to warm our fellow musicians up, then continue with an orchestral piece lead by our evening’s guest conductor.
Concert Band Practice & Play - 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM
All music will be sight read and worked on for the 90 minute band session. Band members are welcome to go back into the Bar to continue connecting and mingling.
Bar Finale (mingle with the band and friends) 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM
Bring your friends even if they don't play an instrument! They can watch and listen or hang out in the cozy bar with flat screen TV's, pool table and table shuffleboard game. Drinks are only $3 to $6 for beer, wine and spirits.
Dust off your instrument and join us for a unique night of meeting new friends, rekindling your inner musician and love for being back in band!
We provide the sheet music and music stand for the night.
