A CHRISTMAS CAROL: A LIVE RADIO PLAY isn't your typical production of Dickens' holiday classic.

A handful of actors bring dozens of characters to the stage, transforming from radio performers into Scrooge, Marley, the Cratchit family, the Christmas ghosts & more! That means we're looking for performers who love character work, vocal versatility & the chance to play.

Don't let the listed age ranges discourage you! The character you voice may be younger or older.

🎙️Step inside a 1940s radio studio and bring A CHRISTMAS CAROL to life!🎄

This December, we're bringing A CHRISTMAS CAROL: A LIVE RADIO PLAY to the Basile Westfield Playhouse! Adapted for the stage by Joe Landry with music by Kevin Connors, this inventive take on the holiday classic features dozens of characters, live Foley sound effects, musical underscoring and even vintage sponsor breaks as the audience becomes the live studio audience.

October 11 & 12 from 6–8 PM

Performers of all experience levels are encouraged to audition. Actors will portray multiple characters, so vocal flexibility & and imagination are both important & part of the fun. There's even a Foley Operator!

You can submit up to three productions, and we’re looking for comedies, dramas, musicals, new works, holiday shows & more.
