Meet Micah Lexier, a 2026 Creative in Residence!

For this year’s festival, Micah Lexier will present his project, "Dog Days of Ontario Culture Days," curated by Dave Dyment. This is a multi-location conceptual experience exploring the ritual and culture of dogs and their humans.

"Dog Days of Ontario Culture Days" consists of two independent yet thematically linked components: "Guess Your Dog’s Age or Weight" and "A Portrait of The Person Making a Portrait of Your Dog."

Contribute an Object to “Everything in Balance” by Artist Jon Sasaki!

Toronto-based artist Jon Sasaki will be spending the afternoon making a collaborative hanging sculpture in St. Catharines, Ontario. With your help. We are seeking objects that weigh 5 lbs or less that can act as a stand-in to symbolize a personal set of values or priorities. Please note that objects will not be returned upon completion of the project.

Drop-off your object on these days:

📅Sept 10, 12 and 17, 9 AM - 1 PM
📍St. Catharines Farmer’s Market, 91 King St., St. Catharines. At the Ontario Culture Days table.

Experience the Performance:
