Would anyone like to get some great steaks, chops or seafood for your refrigerator/freezer and enjoy an evening of fun with family and friends? On Saturday, October 18 we’re going to give you a chance to win premium high quality meats and seafood at our Fall 2025 Meat Raffle. Enjoy a night of fun and entertainment with your family and friends. Your beverages … pop, beer, and water … are included with your admission ticket. Bring your own snacks and food to share with your group. In addition to the meat drawings you can win prizes in the share-the-wealth/split club drawing, Theme Baskets, or Special Prize drawings.

Come to 14 Holy Helpers for our next BINGO night this Thursday, Aug. 21. Doors open at 5:45 pm with the first game starting at 7:00 pm. Grab a snack in our Bingo Kitchen ... BBQ Burgers, Pizza, Hot dogs, Italian Sausage, Nachos and more!

BINGO at 14 Holy Helpers is played in our air conditioned Parish hall at 1345 Indian Church Rd, West Seneca, NY 14224.

PRAY FOR GOOD WEATHER ... HANG YOUR ROSARY!

The tents up and the games are ready. Well over 150 theme baskets are waiting to get new homes with you. BBQ Hamburger, Grilled Pork Chop, and Polish Platter dinners are on the way. Raffle tickets are in the bin. The bands are warming up and the beer is chilling. Only one more thing needs to be done. HANG THE ROSARIES.

There is a wedding tradition to pray the rosary and hang it on a bush hoping to ensure good weather for the celebration. Good weather is also critical for the success of a Summerfest. We need everyone to pray the rosary this week and then hang it on a bush.

Don't get us wrong ... Summerfest is going on through rain or shine. We just know things will be a little more enjoyable if you can leave your umbrella at home.

Help us and yourself at the same time. Say some prayers ... and hang a rosary on a bush before the weekend.

Parking ... be careful, be respectful.

Parking at events is always an issue and a concern. The lot on the grounds at 14HH will be very limited with a priority on handicapped and aged.

Options:
1. West Seneca Town Highway Garage lot on South St. at Union (golf cart shuttle at the entrance to 14HH grounds from South St.).
2. Burchfield Arts Center/Park and WNYFCU are across Union (cross with the light at Indian Church Rd., after hours only at WNYFCU),
3. Adjoining streets like South St. (don't park on neighbors' lawns or block driveways)
4. Union Fire Hall at Seneca Creek and Union Rd will allow us to park in their lot ONLY IF you are respectful that this is a working fire department and emergency response center. Union FD will segment their lot with cones. DO NOT block any doors or entrances and exits to the lot. DO NOT park inside the cones in the fire lanes. We are allowed to park outside the cones in their lot. Thank you, Union FD!

A special Thank You to Reset to Vinyl and the Boneshakersl!!

*** NOTE Originally Hit n' Run had been scheduled to play in our Beer Tent on Saturday night. We were just informed that a key member of the band has been suddenly hospitalized and the band will not be able to perform at our event this year. Our prayers go out to him.

For Summerfest, we were fortunate to book Reset to Vinyl in place of Hit n' Run. They are well known in the area having played at numerous clubs, festivals, and charitable events.

We had also talked with the Boneshakers about playing for us. Instead of this weekend, we want to bring them in at a special event focusing on the Blues style of music for which they are known. Our thanks go out to both of these groups for their willingness to help us out at the last minute.

At 14 Holy Helpers families are very important to us. Sure we'll have adult entertainment and refreshments available over the weekend. But, we'll also have activities and fun for all ages including the young ones in your family! Just bring your kids and have some fun.

… Chalkwalk — Sidewalk Chalk Drawing Contest. Theme is “Neon Explosion”. You’ll have 5 hours on Saturday to work on your drawing. Judging will be that afternoon. Please call Trina at 716-335-6550 or email to [email protected]. No charge to participate. Come and have a good time.
