Tradition. Involvement. Community.
The West Linn Lions Club, founded in 1953, is approaching 75 years of service to our community. We are a group of dedicated men and women who believe in giving back—but like many service clubs, we are facing a membership challenge and need new volunteers to continue our work.
Here’s just a snapshot of what the West Linn Lions do:
• Sponsored West Linn High School scholarships for 19 consecutive years, contributing over $190,000
• Fundraise for the blind and hard of hearing through our Old Time Fair burger sales
• Support WLHS clubs like Cheerleaders and Robotics
• Partner with the West Linn Police Department to assist residents with yard and home cleanups
• Donate $1,500 annually to the West Linn Library’s summer reading program
• Provide eyeglasses and hearing aids to community members in need
• Collect bottles and cans to support the West Linn Food Pantry—over $700 raised already in 2026
• Recycle plastics into Trex benches for local schools, keeping over 8,000 pounds of plastic out of landfills
All of this takes time, energy, and people.
We know life is busy—but volunteering and giving back is one of the most meaningful ways to strengthen our community. We offer individual and family memberships, and there are many ways to get involved.
If you believe in service, connection, and community, we invite you to give us a try.
Together, We Serve 🦁
