STATION #3 - The sled pull🛷

It’s where HYROX turns into a full-body tug-of-war… except the sled does not care how tired you are. 😅

This station is all about staying low, keeping tension on the rope, and using your whole body, not just your arms. Drive through your legs, brace your core, and pull with control so the sled keeps moving instead of stopping and stealing your soul one inch at a time. It’s gritty. It’s humbling. And yes, your forearms will absolutely have opinions.

STATION #2: The sled push🛷 It’s not the time to stand tall and admire your life choices.

The sled push is all about strong positioning and steady power. Stay low, brace your core, keep your arms locked in, and drive through the floor with short, powerful steps. Don’t waste energy standing too tall or trying to sprint it. Find a pace you can control and keep the sled moving.

This Tri-State Half-Rox, we’re proud to be giving back to Operation Ramp It Up🇺🇸 An incredible nonprofit that helps provide wheelchair ramps for veterans, their families, and others in need of greater mobility and independence.

100% of donations will go to ORIU and will match the donations up to $1,000.

Community is the foundation for much of what and do.

We are VERY excited to partner with and support for the TriState HalfRox. Reach Out Lakota is local and helps many local families in need.

While we will donate proceeds from the event to help their mission, we want to do even more. We’re asking all athletes and fans to fill our donation boxes with high-need toiletries like soap, shampoo, deodorant, dental care, shaving products, and more.

Small acts make a big impact when we do them together. Let’s fill those bins! Game On and Give Back!
