On Friday, December 12, 2025, South Jersey FOP Lodge 56 Vice President Dean Fillari attended the "Andy Chan Block Party Event" held at the Craft Hall in Philadelphia, PA. South Jersey FOP Lodge 56 VP Fillari and Philadelphia FOP Lodge 5 President Roosevelt Poplar shared a moment at the event. Police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel and community members from the Tri-State area attended this event to honor critically injured and fallen first responders. The crowd was huge, and everyone had a great time in support of a great cause. This yearly event is sponsored by the Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation. As usual, FBBCF Executive Director Mark O'Connor, Associate Director Jack Costello, Mackenzie Reichert, Susan O'Connor, all the members of their staff and volunteers and the Craft Hall staff and employees did an outstanding job to make this year's event another success.
