THE DEADLINE TO PAY YOUR GAME ASSIGNMENT FEE IS FEBRUARY 1ST. THE CHARGE IS $2 PER VARSITY MATCH AND $1 PER ALL OTHER MATCHES – ZEBRA WARE AND TOURNAMENT MATCHES INCLUDED. THE ASSIGNER ACCOUNT DEPOSIT YOU PAID THE CHAPTER WAS SUBTRACTED FROM THE TOTAL MATCH FEE TO CALCULATE THE FINAL AMOUNT YOU OWE. I URGE YOU TO CONTACT LUIS ABRAHAM, CHAPTER TREASURER. ASK FOR THE AMOUNT OWED AND TO ARRANGE PAYMENT.

IF NOT PAID IN FULL BY FEBRUARY 1ST, A $25 LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL OWED. "I’m sure you all have noticed that membership renewals and new member applications for the 2016-17 seasons have not opened as of yet. After all the shared frustrations we have all endured over the past two years utilizing the Arbiter system, I think we will all agree it’s time for a change."

"We are putting the finishing touches on a reengineered version of our old Intra-Focus called Bright Hatch (Hatch). This customized product will have all the good things that Arbiter provided and some new features."

"We had hoped to open the renewals and new member applications by January 1, but issues with credit card processing has forced us to delay the roll out. However, we do expect to open the membership renewals and new member application process next week. Once it is ready an e-mail blast will be sent to all 2015-16 members. The date that the late fee kicks in will be extended to at least February 15. We will also send an update to our members explaining the delay...
