Rise & Run isn't your typical pampered race. It’s raw, it’s fast, and it’s built for the community. Here is why you need to be there:
The "WTF" Start Time:
We kick off at 3:59 AM. Experience the woods in that magical, quiet pre-dawn window.

Forget the buffets. We have one aid station. Bring what you need, find your flow, and keep moving.

Our Green Monster crew has come through with set up. We are ready to see all of our Monster family bright and early rain or shine!

Extra big thank you for all of our volunteers over the past few days. We would not be able to host this event without you!

Huge thanks to all of the participants! None of this would be possible without our crazy monster running family! If we had no runners we would not be here!

Aid station teams we appreciate you so much! Our runners would be lost without you.

As we get closer to race day…. Jsut a few reminders below. There are cut off times for the 50k please make sure you are up to date on those times and what aid station. They are shown below. If you are doing the 50k we do offer one drop bag location. You are not required to use it however if you are using the drop bag location ( the aid station at Hessle Gessle) please be sure to arrive early enough to check in, get your bib number, and get your name and bib number on your drop bag prior to the pre race commencements.

If you do feel you need to drop from the race. Please do so at the closest aid station. Let them know your name and bib number and that you are dropping. If you do not countless people will spend many hours looking for you on the course….

Reminder of the start times!!!!

50k 730am
25k 900 am
15k 1045am

Pre race details will start approximately 20-30 minutes prior to each event outside of the registration tent. Please please please plan to arrive in time enough to make it to the registration tent to pick up your bib and get to the pre race announcements. It is a slight walk from the parking area to the start line/ registration area.

Rest up monsters and enjoy the rest of your taper! We look forward to seeing you Sunday.

Swag bags are packed and ready for you to pick up! Thank you to everyone who took time out to help stuff the swag bags!

Reminder of the location and pickup times at Wild Asaph Outfitters Main Street Wellsboro PA

Thursday October 9th 10am -530pm
Friday October 10th 10am-7pm
Saturday October 11th 10 am-530pm

If you are not able to pick up at that location during those times you can pick up day of at the registration tent when you pick up your bib. Please remember to a lot enough time to get there and grab that with your bib prior to your event.

If you have arrived and have realized your forgot your most vital run items you can pick up your missing items at Wild Asaph Outfitters when you are picking up your swag bag. They have a varitey of items you may need including but not limited to gels, socks, hats, head lamps, clothing, shoes, coats, sleeping bags, whistles. A variety of brands like Kavu, Cotopaxi, Patagonia, and Prana. If you are camping they have a variety of camping items if you forgot those. They even have items in stock for your pooch! Be sure to ask when you go in if there is something you forgot or are missng.
