Just a friendly reminder that your reservation is not finalized until the deposit is received. We’ve had situations where someone expressed interest but didn’t complete the deposit, which prevented others from booking the space.

We will place your requested date on the calendar temporarily, but it will remain available to other parties until payment is made. We’ll follow up with a phone call the same day to collect the deposit if needed.

For your convenience, we accept instant payment through Venmo or PayPal.

So many of you asked, “What does the hall look like on the inside?”

Kitchen has full size oven/stove, microwave and refrigerator. Kitchen sink is full size and has hot water. We have some cleaner and a roll of paper towels. But you may want to bring some of your own or a cup towel or 2. Several table and chairs. The restroom has a baby changing station where we also provide paper towel and toilet paper. You have control of ac / heater but of course we recommend you keep temperature set at 76 degreeds Adequate parking for your event and plenty shaded area for outdoor activities. Picnic tables as well. There is no smoking inside the hall and a “Smoking Post” is provided outside the front door.

Renting the hall: $30 deposit (cash, check or Venmo) to hold your date

$140 Hall Rental for 4 hours of Event Time
$10 for EVERY extra there

These are the basic instructions. There is not a clean up fee but we would hope you would be respectful and leave it the way you found it in order to get your deposit returned to you. Further direction would be discussed after rental agreement is signed.
The hall has a refrigerator, stove and microwave. Several tables with chairs setup inside. With serving tables also. Plenty of parking for guests. Large trees with plenty of shade and a picnic table outside.
