I some how brought home 3 class cups that should have been 7th place in each division in the open but each name has initials by them. They were a little different from the glass cups with straws I gave for the 6th place in each division in youth but those also have initials by them all!

We gave away 11 buckles at the Cass County Fair barrel race and pole bending. I need to know… Did anyone win their first buckle at this event?

Cass County Fair Barrel Race Results
We had about 115 open/youth runs plus or minus. There were 117 in the draw and I had a couple draw outs and a no show. Poles ran late so a bunch drew out of that and ended up with 32 total. Still a huge, great race!
Thank you to all of the sponsors for the short notice of this event to jump on and give it your best! It was a great night! Thank you to everyone that helped. Thank you to the fairboard for working the ground a few times a day after the big rain before we arrived Friday and Dr Lubben for everything I know you had a ton on your plate but just wanted to see this event continue! Thanks to my office help and arena help, my family, and good friends. We were thankful at the end of the day we did bring our own arena tool it really did a great job on the ground! We had quite a few onsite entries and just a fun fact the fastest horse of the night was #3 and the second fastest horse of the night was #104 - leaving ONLY 4 in the 1D!
I am still unpacking and trying to sort out some leftover prizes. I think some people may have gone home with the wrong prizes and there are still some that did not pick up their prizes so check out these results and let me know so I can compare what we had wrote down.
I will be subbmitting these to Equistats and Qdata so if I need to correct a horse name or spelling please let me know. If you entered the horse under a barn name I am going to submit it as NR- non registered unless you tell me to change it!

It was a toasty day that cooled off for a hot night of barrel racing at the Cass County Fair Barrel Race! What a fun night at the fair! 🎡
