Top of the State Run

Top of the State Run The Top of the State Run/Walk is held every year during the annual Carnivale celebration in Weed, California. There is a 10k and a two mile race.

The 2-mile course is on local roads or dirt trail. The 10k course is on approximately 4 miles of local roads followed by about 2 miles of dirt trail. Water will be available at aid stations along the route. Runners will encounter moderate hills on both courses.

Sorry, due to scheduling conflicts, I wasn’t able to organize this race as planned. We will try again next year depending on the W**d Carnivale schedule. Enjoy your summer running!

Don't worry if you haven't registered online yet, we will have in person registration starting at 7:00 am. If you already registered, you can pick up your bib and shirt also starting at 7.

Unfortunately, we are going to postpone the race due to fire activity and the cancellation of Carnivale. We will select another date soon, so don't stop training. Thank you all for your understanding and interest in this race.
