For the past 3 years I've been sharing my dream of the W**d Amphitheater, a place for live concerts on my 40 acre hilltop parcel in W**d, CA, something akin to the Britt Amphitheater in Jacksonville, OR... To keep this dream alive, I need one investor who can carry the $55,000 note for 3-4 years. I've had a perfect record of timely payments, no lates. I can make monthly payments of $500 with an interest rate of 10+%... Here's the W**d Amphitheater TOP TEN list.... Inspired by the Britt Amphitheater in Jacksonville, Oregon, here's the TOP TEN reasons why the Abner W**d Memorial Amphitheater will be better than the Britt..... because it will have...... 10- more acreage, 9- more and bigger trees, 8- it has a spectacular mountain view (from the audience AND the stage), 7- it's way closer to I-5, 6- much better parking, 5- no close neighbors, 4- powered by wind and solar, 3- built with lumber from the property and sustainable green materials like h**pcrete and h**p bioplastics, 2- we will ENCOURAGE dancing.... and the Number 1 reason that the W**d Amphitheater will be better than the Britt.... did I mention it's called the W**D AMPHITHEATER ? What band wouldn't want to perform at the W**D AMPHITHEATER ?

Recent GoogleEarth shot (July 2014) shows some of the clearing that's been done at the amphitheater site. You can see the stage area (yellow at bottom) and the reserved seating area (orange). You can also see the remaining smaller trees and manzanita bushes that need removing... It will be a gorgeous park when finished...
