FRIDAY - APRIL 24

3:30 DOORS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC for shopping (remember we are still setting up)

4:00-5:30 Workshop: Gilana - Intro to Goblet Dancing - overview of the history and origins of dancing on goblets, tips for choosing goblets, balance and strength technique, and technique for stationary and moving dance.
(A few goblets and alternative practice items will be provided at the workshop, but if possible participants should purchase three thick, sturdy glasses to hold your weight. Gilana recommends Mexican stemmed margarita glasses as they are strong enough for most dancers.)

6:00 Workshop w/Saqra - Eat while we do an inventory on the things that can make you the best dancer you can be!

9:30-11 Workshop: Jeanette Cunningham - More Classic Veil Moves, Tricks and Wraps
11-12:30 Workshop: Nizana El Rassan - The Connection Factor! - How to enhance your dance through learning about and practicing connection with the music, your performance and yourself, the audience, and to live bands (in case you’re lucky enough to dance with them!)

1:30 Dancing! Both live music and recorded spots available! Register to DANCE!
