Hotel Rooms:

❗️ALL hotel rooms were cancelled and rolled to 2026 unless you have spoken to NextGen via email or phone call.❗️

Unless you bought an EXTRA hotel room and talked to NextGen about using it this year, separate from your initial entry, you do NOT have a room at the Orleans this year.

If you never had an EXTRA hotel room and are still planning on coming to stay at the Orleans this month, you must purchase a new hotel room reservation. You can do this on the NextGen app to take advantage of the ALL IN Rate, no resort or extra fees.

***Edited to add: At this time, we have learned the 5-7 day CVI is a recommendation from the state vets. It is not mandatory by the state or the ALL IN. It is a recommendation only at this time. The Nevada state is only requiring a 30 day CVI.***

An associate of Dr. Leslie Schur from Desert Pine Equine will be onsite December 6th, 9th, and 13th to write CVI’s for any contestants needing a new one to get home!

Good Evening Again ALL IN Contestants!

Regarding Hotel Rooms & Stalls:

Those of you who are coming to run at the event this year, nothing changes with your rooms or stalls. Roll on!

The rest of you, please read the entirety of this post.

If you are choosing to roll over your entry to 2026 or 2027, your hotel room that came with your entry rolls with it. Everything that you purchased & paid for rolls with your entry. Hotels, stalls, side pots, everything.

We cannot separate the original room (the one that comes with the entry) from the rest of the entry, it’s a literal accounting nightmare on top of all the other adjusting we are already doing with hotel rooms, stalls, entries, etc.
We cannot give refunds on extra stalls and extra hotel room(s) because we have already paid for them. We wish it was possible.

📍If you purchased extra hotel room(s) and are choosing to roll your entry to 2026 or 2027, you have the option to use the extra room(s) this year or roll it with your entry.

📍If you choose to “sell” these extra hotel room(s), the reservation will stay under your name. You will have to check in yourself in person and hand the key to whoever “buys” it from you. You’re completely responsible for that - not us. We cannot change whose name the reservation is under on our end at this date.

📍If you’re rolling your entry, you MUST specify what you’re doing with your extra room(s) in an email to [email protected] ASAP. We have to know if you are rolling that extra room to next year or using it this year.

📍For those of you who now need to buy a room at the Orleans Hotel & Casino, we have created a spot on NextGen to go in and purchase hotel rooms for the ALL IN rate.
Click: Enter - ALL IN - ALL IN Barrel Race 2025 HOTELS for Non Competitors/Rollovers. Then you will have the option to choose a hotel room during either Race 1, Between, or Race 2.

Hopefully, this answers the majority of hotel and stall questions. For all other questions, we are working on going through and answering them as we get for sure answers. We greatly appreciate yalls patience during all this. A lot of this is brand-new scenarios for us all, and we are having to figure it out as we go.

Good Evening Contestants,

Here’s a rundown of what you will need to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada.
This is current information, if anything changes it will be on the Nevada Ag website, and we will update here as soon as we are made aware of it too.

Here’s what you need to know:

📍Arizona & Nevada have added the 21 day rule that ANY horses that have been on the premises listed below, will not be allowed entry into Arizona or Nevada for 21 days following exposure, even if horses are non-symptomatic.
Guthrie, OK Lazy E Arena
Waco, TX Extraco Event Center
Stephenville, TX 377 Arena
Edna, TX Arena

You must have these 3 things to get off the trailer at the ALL IN Barrel Race & Breakaway:

📍Entry Permit from your vet.
USDA accredited veterinarians can visit ndaentrypermits.nv.gov to complete an Entry Permit for equine entering Nevada. Username will be signing veterinarians 6 digit USDA accreditation number.

📍Interstate Certificates of Veterinary Inspection (ICVI) which would normally be valid for 30 days will now only be valid for 5 days if the origin state has had an EHM / Equine Herpes Virus-1 (EHV-1) detection in the previous 30 days.
The vet has to write and attest the horse has not been on a premises with an EHV positive for the 21 days leading up to the health cert date. Not 21 days from TODAY (unlike some facebook posts being shared have led you to believe).

📍A six month coggins is still required for the ALL IN Barrel Race & Breakaway.

It is your responsibility to be checking temperatures two times a day and watching for EHV symptoms from now throughout the event.

Please talk to your vet and please be HONEST about when your horse has been where.

To answer one of the big questions we’ve gotten over the last few hours,
No, the payout will not drop.
The ALL IN Barrel Race & Breakaway are Guaranteed Payouts - that is not going to change.👏🏼

We are still having entries come in.
The Pre-Draw Deadline has been moved to Sunday, November 23rd at 3PM CST.

Official Statement:

The ALL IN Barrel Race & Breakaway Roping producers are very aware of how serious the EHV outbreak is.
As always, whatever direction we go we are going to be fair to ALL of our contestants. You guys are why we have events and your horse’s safety is our top priority.
Please be patient and kind as we make a game plan. With official meetings taking place today between state vets, we are hoping to have real factual information and direction to go off of AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Just as the other equine events in Las Vegas during the NFR, the ALL IN is standing by for the official direction from the State of Nevada for this situation.

Obviously, this is something out of everyone’s control, meaning our regular rules and policies will have to change.
A race of this magnitude does not just turn off and on with a flip of a switch. There are a thousand moving parts. Please rest assured no one is going to be in a position of loss with this situation.

We are in the same position as everyone else. Checking temps and praying over our horses and our trainers. While also preparing for several other large western events we produce in Las Vegas during the NFR. Please have grace, patience, and be kind.
There is no room at this time for anyone to panic, we encourage EVERYONE to follow guidelines as given by your veterinarian and local and state officials.

We will update our contestants as soon as any new information becomes available with the best solution for ALL of our contestants and their equine partners.

Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone that has already been affected by this outbreak and everyone within our industry that is possibly affected.

Official Statement:

Until further notice, the ALL IN Barrel Race & Breakaway Roping & Ultimate Calf Roping events are still on as planned.

We are in continuous communication with our veterinarians and state officials.
We need to see where this outbreak is going to go and how fast it gets contained before any major decisions can be made.

From what we have been told, the outbreak should be done and over by the ALL IN, if everyone takes proper precautions NOW.

We encourage everyone to let this play out and stay tune to our facebook for updates as they come available.
We will keep everyone updated with any new information as we receive.
