Frog Hill Half Marathon and 10K and Leapfrog 5k Held on the first full weekend in October, there's a distance for everyone. Fantastic fall views! Presented by the Frog Fitness Group.

Frog Hill is a great race full of family-friendly fun. The Leapfrog 5k takes place on Friday, October 04 at 6:00 p.m. in the Waynesville Park (216 Olive Street). Chip timed with a flat and fast out and back course. The 10k and Half Marathon start at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, October 6, at East Elementary (1501 State Road F) in Waynesville and ends at the Waynesville Park. There will be shuttl

es to take you back to your car. You'll love going DOWN Frog Hill and catching a full view of our famous Frog Rock which is listed as one of the great things to see when visiting Missouri. And if you're looking for a challenge, run the Leapfrog 5k on Friday night, then the 10k or half on Saturday and receive a third medal for completing the Frog Hill Challenge!!! All of the races will lead you along the banks of the Roubidoux River where you'll see the beautiful colors of fall in the Ozarks. https://www.visitmo.com/things-to-do/frog-rock
*Use the code ACTIVEKIDS to register your children between the ages of 6-18 in the Leapfrog 5k (no shirts given for this option).
*shirts NOT guaranteed for those registering AFTER September 25.
*Packet Pickup on Friday, October 4 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. at the Roubidoux Park in downtown Waynesville, MO.
*Packet Pickup on Saturday morning as well from 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. for the 10k and Half Marathon at the East Elementary Fema Shelter at 1501 State Road F.
