Get ready for a night of big laughs, great bites, and even better company at The Eight10 in Waupaca. Join Laughable Productions for a Stand-Up Comedy Night on Saturday, June 13th, where we’re bringing a stacked lineup of comedians ready to deliver the funny.

Your night kicks off the moment doors open at 6:30 PM, where you’ll be welcomed with pre-show charcuterie boards crafted by Bliss Charcuterie LLC.—because nothing pairs better with comedy than a little class before the chaos.

We would like to take another moment to thank our guests who attended the Derby Day celebration at The Eight10 on Saturday. Your participation in our games—as enjoyable as they were—served a greater purpose. You helped us raise funds for an important organization in our community: EGGin’ 4 Heroes

EGGin’ 4 Heroes is a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring and supporting veterans, first responders, healthcare workers, educators, and community heroes. They provide meals at community-based events to foster connection and reinvest support through donations and fundraising for hero-focused causes. It is always a pleasure to work with Matt and Marsha, and we have immense appreciation for the vital work they do.

What a race!!! What a day!!! It was great to see so many smiling faces at our 2nd Annual Derby Day celebration this past Saturday! Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a memorable event!

Hats off to The Kevin Troester Trio. So many guests had complimentary words about this talented group of musicians. Thank you to the folks at KRB and the Moose Inn for providing such delicious food! Thank you to all the volunteers who helped run the games, and thank you to all the guests who came out and took part in the festivities.

The funds raised from the Derby-themed games will be donated to EGGin’ 4 Heroes Marsha and Matt do an incredible job raising funds to support important local heroes such as first responders, educators, and healthcare workers. Their hard work is crucial to our community and very much appreciated.

And, of course, thank you to our dedicated team—especially Mike and Jackie—without whom an event like this could not happen. We look forward to seeing you all again soon! Meanwhile, enjoy these photos!

The 2nd Annual Derby Day celebration at The Eight10 is shaping up to be a spectacular event! We’re excited to feature music by the fantastic Kevin Troestler Trio, and you can enjoy classic Derby drinks like Mint Juleps and Oaks Lilies all afternoon.

KRB's Klinger's Real Barbeque will be on-site serving Derby-themed hors d'oeuvres, and we’ll feature some really fun games that will have you keeping a close eye on the ponies. Proceeds from the games will benefit EGGin’ 4 Heroes. Don’t forget your fancy headwear! We’ll be awarding prizes for the best hats and dapper dressers. And of course, we’ll have the proceedings from Churchill Downs on the big screen.

Games and raffles will benefit Eggin' 4 Heroes, and will have you pulling for your favorite horse. KRB's Klinger's Real Barbeque will be serving up some delicious Derby-inspired food.

We’ll have prizes for individual crafted hats and those who rise to the occasion by other means! The efforts of you dapper guys won’t go unnoticed either!

This is the Bugle Call to celebrate Derby Day at The Eight10 in Waupaca! On Saturday, May 2nd, we’re transforming Churchill Street into Churchill Downs for the day. Enjoy live bluegrass music by the Kevin Troestler Trio and classic drinks like mint juleps. KRB's Klinger's Real Barbeque will be serving Derby-inspired hors d'oeuvres and desserts while we raise funds for EGGin’ 4 Heroes with fun games that will have you keeping an eye on the ponies. Watch the BIG RACE on the big screen and dress to impress, because the more hats and fascinators, the more fun! Let’s make it a formal affair with prizes for fascinating hats of all kinds, and dapper guys will not go unnoticed either.

This fun and educational event features hands-only CPR training, AED demonstrations, and heart health tips. Experience exciting displays from ThedaStar Helicopter & crew, EMTs and ambulances, police officers with squad cars, and the Sheriff’s Dive Team & K9 Unit.

Enjoy a the Taste of Hawaii food truck and a cash bar, meet local health experts, and learn life-saving skills in a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Presented by ThedaCare, Rotary Club of Waupaca, and Gold Cross Ambulance Service, with support from local businesses and partners.
