Today during our monthly Old Timers Lunch gathering, DDGER South Jason S had the distinct honor of presenting a Grand Exalted Rulers Special Citation to our member Bob P for not only celebrating his 100th Birthday, but also reaching a milestone for 75 Years as an Elk!

Waukesha 400 is honored to have Bob P as our longest dedicated member. 75 Years Strong!

🇺🇸 FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS — THANK YOU! 🇺🇸

The Waukesha Elks Lodge #400 Stars & Stripes Car & Bike Show Committee would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to every participant, spectator, volunteer, and community member who came out and supported today’s show!

It was a beautiful Sunday to come together, enjoy some incredible cars and bikes, spend time with friends and family, and raise money for two organizations that mean so much to us — the Waukesha Police K9 Foundation and our friends at Guardians Of The Children - HAWG City Chapter.

This year’s event was especially meaningful for our committee. Following the retirement of the previous organizers, a rookie committee stepped up at the last minute to make sure this annual tradition continued. We had a lot to learn and a limited amount of time to pull everything together, which makes the incredible support we received from everyone today mean even more.

This show has become an important annual fundraiser supporting both the K-9 Unit and Guardians of the Children. Every dollar raised makes a difference — whether it helps train, equip, and support our police K-9s and their handlers or helps Guardians of the Children stand beside and support a child who has experienced abuse.

That is what today was truly about.

To everyone who registered a vehicle, purchased tickets, volunteered, stopped by the show, or simply helped spread the word — THANK YOU!

And yes… the Stars & Stripes Car & Bike Show WILL be back next year! 🇺🇸🚘🏍️

This rookie committee now has a year under its belt, and we are already looking forward to coming back bigger, stronger, and better prepared. With more time to plan, we will be able to build raffle baskets, seek auction items and sponsorships, and continue growing this event so we can raise even more for these two incredible organizations.

Today showed us just how much support this event has within our Lodge and our community.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for believing in us, supporting us, and helping us continue this tradition.

We’ll see you at the 2027 Stars & Stripes Car & Bike Show! 🇺🇸🐾❤️

Tonight roughly 100 Elks, their spouses and families came together to honor our very own, WEA President Manny & First Lady Sarah.

Our Homecoming Dinner recognized the hard work and dedication members of Waukesha 400 has for our community, youth and veterans. Even had a presentation from a past scholarship recipient, Cody. Manny also honored Marion H.C. for her own dedication to Elk and being the first female Elk of Waukesha 400!

WEA President Elect Ryan & First Lady Elect Joy, we missed you, but we know you are representing our great state of Wisconsin well at the Illinois Elks Association Fall Conference.

Thank you to the hard working planning volunteers, our Sussex Hamilton Honor Society volunteers and especially the Godlewski extended family, Girou family, Ruzga and Clarksen family for tonight for handling the cooking this evening.

PS… a little history. Waukesha 400 has the honor of being the home Lodge to the first ever Wisconsin Elks Association State President. Allen F. Warden, who was Waukesha’s first Exalted Ruler, was chosen to fill the honorable position as the first President of the Association in 1902 during convention in Oshkosh. He was elected to succeed himself the following year at the convention in Ashland.

Prayers to our fellow Elks family at Edison Elks Lodge 2487 (Edison, NJ), which was lost in tragic fire last night. For decades, it has been a staple in their community and a place where members and families could come together to support their community, youth and veterans.

It’s windy, a little chilly and sometimes a few drops fall… but overall racers and fans have come out to support the Hales Corners Speedway Race Car Show 2026 Reunion for the first time being held at the Waukesha Elks Lodge #400!

Plus we have the Packer game on for viewing and cheering.

We look forward to their return in 2027!
