Windy City Paranormal Festival

Windy City Paranormal Festival This is not your average paranormal conference. It’s a social, event-focused celebration for anyone intrigued by the strange and unexplained.

From spirits and cryptids to UFOs, psychic phenomena, hauntings, and all things wonderfully weird, this is the place. For three days in the heart of Chicago’s magical summer, you’ll dive deep into a thrilling lineup: spine-tingling storytelling, live podcasts, cocktail parties, sultry burlesque shows, paranormal investigations, gallery readings, and our fan-favorite Paranormal Pictionary (mystery host soon to be unveiled). Plus, enjoy Movie Madness with the fabulous Jessica Knapik, sing your heart out during Scary-oke, explore a spooky art show, take a haunting cemetery tour, and shop unique vendors. And then there’s the ultimate bash: Paranormal Prom, hosted by your beloved Prom Queens, Nicole and Noëlle from the Quite Unusual Podcast. WCPF MISSION: Our focus is to lift new voices in the paranormal community, emphasizing accuracy in historical discourse, and using appropriate, respectful communication in locations steeped in violence and trauma. A portion of the proceeds for Windy City ParaFest will be donated to Greater Than Hate, a coalition of the nation’s leading human rights and equality organizations. Windy City ParaFest is for folks 21+

Lineup subject to change.

Nicole 🌙 is a lifelong devotee of all things strange, unusual, and unexplained. Formerly the co-host and producer of The Quite Unusual Podcast, she earned a reputation for masterfully blending meticulous deep-dive research with a wickedly dark sense of humor. Today, as a dedicated paranormal investigator and researcher, Nicole weaves together strange history, dark lore, and macabre storytelling to peel back the curtain on the unknown. A seasoned speaker at conventions across the Midwest, she captivates both believers and skeptics alike. Nicole is currently haunting her latest project, Haunted Bars, alongside collaborators Christina Marie Rappel and Saranormal Activity 👻🖤

Saranormal Activity 👻🖤 is a Chicago-based paranormal investigator, researcher, and lifelong loudmouth who's happy to share her love for all things spooky. She has been investigating since she was 13, when she caught her first EVP on the R.M.S. Queen Mary, and has been hooked ever since. She’s been asked to ghost hunt Chicago’s Lincoln Park Zoo and the International Museum of Surgical Science. Sara’s greatest haunted hunts include the Bird Cage Theater, the Wi******er Mystery House, Pennhurst State School, and the Afterglow Vista Mausoleum. When she isn’t hunting ghosts, she’s likely performing in a comedy theater or reading Heated Rivalry fan fiction.

Christina Marie (Christina Marie Rappel )is a Wisconsin born and raised psychic Seer whose life has always been a dance between the worlds. A member of The Wisconsin Apparition Tracking Society or T.W.A.T.S., she spends her free time studying the strange edges where history, ritual, and haunting overlap.

She also co-produces the Windy City Paranormal Festival, a gathering created to amplify underrepresented voices in the paranormal world.

A practicing (mostly) solitary witch for 36 years, Christina walks an old path with modern grace. She embraces the intuitive arts with reverence and passion, offering insight to those who seek it and inspiration to those who need it.
Her daylight hours are spent as a ritual spa practitioner, where she blends intention, healing, and a touch of the mystic to create sacred moments of calm and visibility for others.

Ever curious, ever connected, she continues to explore the veil, one apparition, one vision, one ritual at a time.
