Discover how to improv more authentically as we focus on timing, technique, and transitions using weighted veils & flags that can translate to any prop on fire.
Using movement as meditation towards actualization and weighted silk veils as muse, you are invited to vision ✨️ into your future self, & dance reality.
Silk grounds us into our bodies, the elements we are made of, invites us out of our minds & into our bodies.
The 5 rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness create a rhythm wave structure - inspired by Gabriel Roth. Guided movement meditation to a fantastic playlist allows us to vision further and wider TOGETHER - inspired by Sofiah Thom of Temple Body Arts
Connection to others through body language, reflection, and co-creation kn the dance floor reminds us we are not alone.
